NHL DFS: Cappys FanDuel Cash Game Advice.

What an awesome way to start the day. I was on live with Dr.Roto this morning talking NHL DFS. If you have XM, rerun the show around the 830am mark. With that said, we have a beautiful seven game slate this evening chalk full of great cash game plays. I am here to help you build a winning lineup and cash in on FanDuel. You can use this man for man or change it around to make it your own.

Center

Ryan Kesler (Ana): $7,100 vs Dallas

I really think Kesler is do for a monster game. Who better to have that game against, then the Stars and their 29th ranked defense? The Stars are on the second game of a back to back, and Kesler will smell blood in the water. He has four goals in his last five games, and will up that total tonight. Two goals and four shots are a great place to start.

Jack Eichel (Buf) : $7,300 vs Philadelphia

Eichel is a bright spot on a Sabres team that is full of youth. Tonight he gets to face the Flyers and their 26th ranked defense. In his last six games, Eichel has managed three goals and three assists at a point per game pace. I see the Flyers having troubles with him tonight, allowing him to score a goal and get an assist. Four of his last six goals have come on home ice.

Wing

Artemi Panarin (Chi) : $7,800 vs Detroit

Panarin has proven to all his critics that last year was not a fluke season. Tonight he gets a Red Wings team on the verge of a meltdown. In four career games against the wings, Artemi has two goals and two assists. I see him adding another goal and assist to that record, while adding five shots on net.

Anthony Mantha (Det) : $5,800 @ Chicago

Alot of people will avoid Detroit, because of Chicago. Lucky for you, I’m not going to. Mantha and his linemate Tatar (gpp narrative), have combined to score 11 goals over the last 10 games. Mantha has scored seven of those 11. I feel Chicago will get up early, then play lax allowing the Wings to score a couple. Mantha will factor into it.

Sebastian Aho (Car) : $5,600 vs Columbus

Like Mantha above, people will fade the Hurricanes players tonight. Since their historic winning streak the Jackets have gone 1-2. Aho has five goals and two assists in his last 10, and along with linemate Tevou Teravainen, they have been fire. Note that for your gpp lineups.

Andrew Cogliano (Ana) : $4,500 vs Dallas

Firstly, it is a bit obvious we are pairing him with linemate Kesler. Again, Dallas is horrible on defense and playing on a back to back. Cogliano is a force when on the ice when he is on. Him an Kesler will combine for 80% of the offense tonight and his price is a steal.

Defense

Joel Edmundson (Stl) : $4,600 vs Boston

With a goal and eight shots in his last three games, Edmundson is exceeding his value. I like him because he is on the top defensive pairing and fires the puck at night. He will also block shots. Nice upside at a low cost.

Ivan Provorov (Phi) : $4,600 @ Buffalo

It has taken him a while to adjust to the NHL level, and he is finally waking up. He was one of my “Ones to Watch” before the season started. He has 10 shots and 11 blocked shots in his last five games and should add to that tonight. He can also throw in the random assist as well.

Goalie

Cam Ward (Car) : $8,400 vs Columbus

**Verify he is starting**

I love Cam tonight. He is 10-3-1 at home this season with a 1.99 gaa and two shutouts. Vegas has this game as a near pick ’em, and I am picking the ‘Canes. Ward should get the win while stoping 33 of 34 shots.
